Where is my order confirmation for my purchase?

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email confirmation, then the order has not gone through or you did not enter your email address correctly. Please contact info@streetsquadclothing.com.

How to fill out the shipping address correctly?

Please be thorough when filling out your shipping address to avoid any mistakes. For example, always include unit or apartment # whenever applicable to a specific order.

If you fail to enter your information properly and our system cannot verify the address, you order will be placed on hold. If we do not receive an address confirmation and/or correction from you, your order may be cancelled.

Situations beyond our control.

Street Squad Clothing shall not be held liable for service interruption arising from situations beyond our control.  These may include, but are not limited to: improperly packaged shipments, incorrect shipping information, inability to obtain consignee signature, refusal of shipment, riots, strikes or labor disputes, natural disasters, or lost in transit.

Can I return my item for a refund?

For more information on our return/exchange policy please email us info@streetsquadclothing.com.  We do offer refunds, however not on every order depending on the reason for the refund. Please follow our size charts to order the correct sizes.

Was I charged more than once?

What you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization (a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity). Depending on your bank, pending authorizations on your account will clear within 3 - 7 business days. If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

Why doesn’t my discount and or credit code work?

Please be sure your code is entered correctly and applied before submitting your order. Promotional codes do expire; please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure the offer is still valid.

If you have received a unique code from us, please keep in mind it can only be used once and cannot be combined with another promotion or be applied to shipping costs. Unique credit codes do not expire.

All promotions and/or codes cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.

Using Gift Cards & Promotion Codes

Gift cards cannot be combined with any promotions or discount codes. The discount codes can only be used a checkout the time of the purchase.

What if a specific product I want to order is sold out? Do you restock your inventory?

Our distribution allows to have fast fulfillment also high inventory levels. However, there are times when our items are out of stock, however when generally restock within three weeks.

What does Street Squad Clothing stand for?

Street Squad was name after the streetwear fashion industry that took place in the late 80’s and early 90’s. CEO Mario West decided to add the word “Street” for streetwear embodying the hip hop and pop culture theme. Then he added the word “Squad” to represent the team he built amongst his employee’s also customers wearing the clothes with their crew or friends.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are not currently allowed for online purchases. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple purchases.

How can I change something on my order?

Assuming the desired change is applicable, please contact info@streetsquadclothing.com immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order and the item if shipped, after that we are unable to make any changes.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 24 - 48 hours from the time your order is placed for processing and verification. All orders generally arrive within 1-2 weeks after the order being placed.

Care instructions

Printed apparel (direct-to-garment)

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology to offer a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. We use high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly.

Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process. So we suggest following the care instructions on this page to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

Embroidered apparel

Embroidered apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. You can use a small amount of chlorine bleach, but non-chlorine is the safer option.

If you notice any color residue in water, rinse the garment in lukewarm water and then in cold several times, but try not to rub any stained embroidery. Embroidered clothing can also be dry-cleaned.

After washing, don't leave the clothing to soak or lie in a pile while wet. Don't wring out the embroidered items, but if you want to tumble-dry them, use a cool air setting.

If the garment needs ironing, do it inside-out, preferably between two pieces of cloth. You shouldn't wet embroidery before ironing or use a steam iron.

Embroidered hats and backpacks

Embroidered hats and backpacks can be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it's needed. If necessary, hats can be hand-washed cold. Don't use brushes.

Both hats and backpacks can't be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, and dry-cleaned. Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.

Embroidered aprons

Embroidered aprons can be machine-washed at 86ºF (30ºC) or less. Don't use bleach. They can be tumble-dried on a low cycle. Read the manufacturer label carefully for any other instructions.

Phone Cases

To clean a phone case, remove the case from your phone. Add a little mild soap to water, and dampen a cloth or sponge with it. With the damp cloth, rub your case gently in circles. Let your case air-dry at room temperature.
